We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our client’s team. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL/RTA claimant work using Proclaim case management software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, negotiations, and mediations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and case progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay informed on legal developments and changes in legislation.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with relevant experience.
• Proven ability in negotiation, dispute resolution, and case management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
