Job Robot Weld Operators

Location: Sandbach, Cheshire
Salary: £13.16 - £16.88 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Overtime Rate: Up to £20.25 per hour
Shift Patterns: Rotating shifts - 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00. Monday to Friday.

Are you ready to join a leading fabrication and welding specialist? We are seeking skilled Robot Weld Operators to set up and operate advanced computer-controlled machines and robots for steel product fabrication.

Please note, to be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic welding machines to perform various welding functions on steel products.
Measure finished products using precision measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Effectively manage job setups while robots are in operation, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in robotic welding or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
